About Otsuka Europe

Otsuka Europe has a passion for improving the health of people in Europe. We are committed to focusing our research and development on innovative products and medical devices that address unmet medical needs, particularly in our specialist areas of cardiovascular, gastro-intestinal and central nervous system disorders. 
 
Based on our corporate philosophy of 'Otsuka-people creating new products for better health worldwide' and inheriting the Otsuka ethos of creativity and actualisation, we focus our day to day efforts on putting into practice our maxim of 'only Otsuka can do it'.  Part of the Otsuka Pharmaceutical Group, a conglomerate of 156 businesses established in 1921, Otsuka's European operation was established in 1979 and we currently have sales and marketing operations in France, Germany, Italy the Nordic region, Spain and the UK, supported by the regional office of Otsuka Pharmaceutical Europe Limited, based in London.
