We're currently small in Europe, with around 250 energetic and skilled people, but we are growing and have high aspirations backed by the determination and size of our Japanese parent company. People join us because we can offer positions with real responsibility and influence. With a flat structure and quick decision making the company is responsive to our customers and helps the creativity and ideas of our people flourish.

Otsuka people in Europe tend to have significant experience to undertake their challenging roles but some roles are suitable for less experienced people. Our people have many similar characteristics and are friendly, team orientated and keen to take ownership for making things happen. They operate using several different working styles however, and at Otsuka we encourage such individuality and diversity as we strive to achieve our common goals. Within our European office for example we have 10 nationalities within a team of 30.
